City Quest Affiliate Program

Welcome aboard! We are excited to have you join our City Quest Affiliate Program. Here's a quick rundown of the program's terms:

  1. Promotion & Sales:
    • You are authorized to promote our City Quest to your Airbnb guests.
    • Guests can access the City Quest by scanning the QR code provided for your Airbnb listing.
    • The City Quest sales price is set at €29 per Quest, and then -10% with your unique promo-code.
    • You can follow your sales and earnings live under „My earnings“.
    • Let us know, if you wanna play the City Quest by yourself and we will send you the Quest for your City. One Quest per partnership.
    • If you wanna promote a free Quest on your social media, please contact Just Escape Your City, to coordinate the promotion and get a free Quest.
  2. Commissions:
    • You will earn a 5€ commission on every City Quest sale generated through your unique QR code.
    • Commissions will be paid out monthly (latest on the 5th of the following month) via the method you chose prior (bank transfer or paypal).
    • If the amount does not exceed €20 in a month, the transfer will only be made once this amount has been reached. Then we will transfer your earnings latest on the 5th of the following month.
    • If no transfer has been received, we ask that you contact us by the 15th at the latest. If there is no response by the end of the month, we will consider the commission payment as accepted.
    • Taxation of the commission is NOT part of the agreement with Just Escape Your City and needs to be taken care of your side. If you want to send us an invoice to take it into accounting, please let us know beforehand, so we can coordinate the payment of the reward with you.
  3. Responsibilities:
    • You are responsible for accurately presenting the City Quest QR code information to your guests in your property and ensuring proper use of the QR code. We recommend a picture frame, in the welcome folder for the guests or with the house rules.
    • You can download and print a new QR code or information sheet anytime.
    • You agree NOT to modify or distribute the City Quest content without our written permission. If you wanna promote the Quest more (social media, etc) let us know, so we can support you with that.
  4. Termination:
    • Both parties reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. The cooperation need to be canceled in written form.

    • Of course it is possible, to promote more than 1 city. This makes sense, if you are nearby more than one city, where we offer a City Quest.
